The SEAQUAL initiative in Sapphire aims to upcycle the waste that ends up in the sea. We give it a second life, turning it into quality textile products. Its fabrics are made with high-quality polyester yarn made from recycled materials including post-consumer plastic bottles and plastic collected from the sea. In this way, we contribute to preserving natural resources and keeping the oceans cleaner. Our “recycled shopping bag” is an example of a product made under this process.
